    How to Use (TARGETED USE ONLY)

    PM only (after cleansing): Sweep one pad over the area(s) you’re treating. Do not rinse.
    Only use for:

    • Chest or back acne

    • Oily, congested skin

    • Nose blackheads

    Then: Apply 24/7 Defense, then moisturize as needed.

    Frequency: Start at 2–3 nights per week in the target area, and increase only if the skin remains calm.
    Daytime rule: If you use pads at night, wear SPF every morning.
